Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, our Church owns a HP office jet pro 8710. Paper got jammed the other day, and after I removed that jammed paper, a cartridge error appeared. I could not fix the issue, I have since bought brand new cartridges, but I'm getting the message "use the cartridges that came with the printer". I know for a fact that they are long gone, and not available to me. Please what solution is there to get the printer working again. Regards, Dave.
