I have contacted and worked with support a total of FIVE times to no avail. In addition your techs hung up on me twice. I have owned nothing but HP printers since 1993 for business and home, and printed for a local organization as well. This is the first time I have had an issue with an HP Printer, and I think Your idea of service sucks. I have tried to get the address of a service center, nd was told there are none in my area and that it must be serviced over the phone only. The printer functioned well on 28MAY25 - purchase date, 31MAY25 nd on 6JUN25. since then I only get Printer Setup Error on my Chromebook or phone. Have gone over the setup at least ten times. One tech called back and took command of my Chromebook and messed up all my settings after I told him I would not pay $180.00.    Where do we go from here????
