Hi @LynnM63,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to encounter such an error message, especially after replacing multiple ink cartridges. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Installation: Ensure that you properly installed all the cartridges. Sometimes, they may not be seated correctly, leading to errors.

Compatibility: Make sure the cartridges are compatible with your printer model. Using incompatible cartridges can cause errors.

Clean Contacts: Sometimes, dust or debris can accumulate on the cartridge contacts or in the cartridge slots. Carefully clean them with a lint-free cloth and ensure they are dry before reinstalling the cartridges.

Restart Printer: Try restarting the printer. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware might fix compatibility issues or bugs causing the error.

Reset Printer: If none of the above steps work, try resetting the printer to its factory settings. This will clear any error messages or configuration issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
