I replaced my ink cartridges this afternoon.. There is no color blue and the other colors are pale.

Jp office pro 6960 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am on automatic delivery for the cartridges.  I received them in July or August but just installed them today.  A while back I received an email telling me there was something wrong with the cartridges you sent and I was wondering if these could be the ones?  I have cleaned the print heads three times.  Still the same.  My printer says everything is good but obviously it is not.  What's next?
