Product: Example: HP envy 5540
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I would like to print on cardstock paper, but my printer keeps getting jammed. How do I adjust the settings to be able to do this? Is it a setting on my printer or thru my computer that I have to change? I tried to follow directions through the FAQs on HPs website, but it wasn’t any help. Thank you in advance!

HP Recommended

You can print cardstock because that printer doesn't support cardstock.
