Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was trying to make copies of some documents using the copy option and they wouldn't copy but I could print from my phone. I tried cleaning and aligning the ink cartridges and I got a message that they were not calibrating correctly but yet I could print from my phone. I tried printing a user manual from my phone today and it was just shooting out blank pages. Then I received the error message Ox19a0013. Any answers?

I understand that you are facing issues with a copy. 

 

Have you made any changes to your software on the printer or the OS?

 

If the printer is not compatible with the current OS version, this may cause this issue.

 

Try updating the drivers and see if that works. Click here
