I am attempting to connect my husband's computer wirelessly to our older HP Envy Photo 7855 printer. We have a new VERIZON internet provider. The computer is connected to the Verizon box, the printer is connected to the Verizon box, but they cannot talk to each other. The computer's printer software can find the printer, but it says I need a WPA password to connect.

I watched the HP Help video, and it says the WPA password is on the printer itself, but I not able to find the info on any of the mini screens. I no longer have access to the original paperwork. The video says I have to turn off the computer and start again if I don't get it entered in 90 seconds.

Password is FROM your router, not your printer. Or Please use the following Guide:

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
