I have a HP OfficeJet 200mobile printer, but it can´t print documents with A5 size because I can´t select them and I don´t see the option of generating a custom size either

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

The printer supports A5 paper as a standard size, though probably not in all paper types and not for duplex.

 

There might be some sort of limitation in the application or software you are using.

 

What?

 

Apps and Software depend on the Operating System / version -- Some apps are smarter than others.

Suggestions to resolve

  • Use a supported paper type for the paper size
  • Correct the job settings -- For example:  Adjust settings for duplex (OFF) or paper type (Plain)
  • Correct / Update the paper size / type setting at the printer control panel or, if supported, using EWS

and / or

  • Check the User Guide >> Adjust the paper settings >> Pages 14-15, including the setting for Automatic Paper Size Detection
