Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

If I do a hard reset of my HP Pagewide Pro 477 DW, will I also lose my connections to my devices in the office as well? I need to scan a doc to the printer and it is password protected. The guy that used to handle the office equip has since passed away and we have no passwords. Thanks!

If you reset the printer you will lose all customised settings. You should not loose connected devices once the local IP stays the same on the printer.
