Ik heb net de nieuwe inkt van de HP binnen gekregen de kleuren en de zwarte ,nu geeft hij aan dat de

Ik heb net de nieuwen inkt van de HP binnen gekregen de kleuren en de zwarte. Ik heb ze gelijk in de printer gedaan , maar nu geeft hij aan dat de zwarte niet goed is, heb hem er al 3 keer opnieuw er in gedaan . Wat kan ik daar aan doen??
