Hola. Preciso ayuda. Recurrentemente me pasa que la impresora no funciona ni de manera inalámbrica no con el USB. Titila la luz azul, intento descargar los drivers pero al momento de terminar no finaliza la operación.

Me dice que no puede bajar porque hay error, lo mismo al imprimir pero no me explica por qué

Es una HP láser jet 1102w
