@shaam2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Half Page Printing Issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP printer is only printing half a page, this could be due to a few different reasons such as paper settings, driver issues, or hardware problems. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Check Paper and Page Size Settings:

  • Ensure that the paper size set in your printer settings matches the size of paper you are using. This setting can typically be found in the print dialog box under "Properties" or "Preferences."

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can cause printing issues. Visit the HP Support website to check for the latest drivers for your printer model and install them.

Check Print Spooler Settings:

  • Sometimes, the print spooler service can cause printing errors. To check this:
    • Type services.msc into the Windows run box and press Enter.
    • Find "Print Spooler" and ensure it is running. If not, start the service.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. Firmware updates can improve printer functionality and address various issues.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  • Resetting the printer can sometimes clear any errors:
    • Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord for about 60 seconds.
    • Plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
