I use an HP Deskjet 1515 (bought back 2016 in the Philippines).
It uses HP 650 cartridges and I ran out of ink.
They do not sell HP 650 cartridges in the Philippines anymore. These had been replaced by 678 cartridges locally.
They advertise 678 cartridges as compatible for HP Deskjet 1515
I bought 678 cartridges (locally, Philippines) but when I snapped them on my printer, it gave me an error that my 678 cartridges are not compatible.
I tried reaching out for HP Support via Whatsapp but no expert is available to regionalize my printer.
Can someone send me regionalization instructions same as this post via private message (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/Incompatible-cartridge-HP-6...).
I need to print something for a government appointment so I need to print within today.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
