Incompatible Cartridges

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had trouble connecting my printer to my computer on WiFi.  During this process, I rebooted both my printer and computer.  Once it connected and I tried to print it gave me an error screen that my cartridges are not compatible with my printer.

They are genuine HP cartridges and I had been using them without any problem until this happened.  How can I reset or bypass this error screen?  Thanks for any help.
