Hello all,

i am facing an error for incompatible cartridge for ink tank wireless 415 series , things were going fine for printing till i updated the software for the printer then after that , i started to receive the above error for incompatible cartridge , i am talking here about tricolor cartridge not the black one

If you've a spare tri-color ink cartridge, check if the message pops up with that cartridge too.
