I have been using a GENUINE colour cartidge in the printer for a while. It has been fine. We now get an error message to say the cartridge is not compatible. I have tried all the fixes suggested on here with no luck. Looks like a complete waste of money buying genuine HP products. May as well get the cheaper third party stuff. Anyone else sorted this problem or shall we simply boycott HP products?
