Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15a Printer

When I connect the printer, it performs the power up process and after a few seconds it stops blinking with the green LED.

Neither Windows nor Linux detects the printer.

In Linux I have been able to obtain the log and the printer is identified as a “Laserjet 3020”  but is as LaserJet m15a" and serial number: 000000000000.

Seems like other version of firmware has been update to the printer, but as far as I know it's not possible for this printer model

How can I solve it ?
