I have the same issue. Have turned it off, unplugged for 30 seconds and plugged back in. Checked firmware is up to date, ink is fine, printing fine, but the info light is still on and an exclamation mark is next to the 0 on the small screen on the printer. Wifi is OK too. It's a 2710e.

Please follow the steps listed below to enable web services from HP Smart App:


1. On the app home screen, tap or click your printer or Printer Settings.
2. Tap or click Advanced Settings.
3. Tap or click Web Services.
4. If Web Services is not already enabled, the Setup option displays in the Web Services section. Tap or click Setup, and then follow the on-screen instructions to enable Web Services.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
