Initial setup of OfficeJet 8025 - stuck on “Printing alignment page”

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 8025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having the same issue as described in post https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Office-inkjet-pro-8025/m-p/7688047

I just received my new OfficeJet Pro 8025, and during the initial setup, it became stuck on the "printing alignment page..."  I have reset the printer and removed the ink cartridges and reset the printer as directed in the aforementioned post.  I have tried all of the options.

@Riddle_Decipher, can you send me a PM w/ the instructions for a full reset?

Thanks.
