The cartridges will not move so that I can check for paper jams and change the ink

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to check for any jammed papers - Paper Jam Error.
To resolve a carriage jam, try the steps from - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
