I removed all cartridges, cleaned and reinstalled.   Unplugged printer for reset.  Nothing has yet worked.

Hi,

What country are you from?

 

From the Start menu type HP and open HP Smart.

If your printer is not listed click the plus sign and add it.

Click the Ink Levels icon at the top.

What zone is listed for the installed cartridges at the top information? (e.g. Z10, Z20)

 

What zone is listed as supported at the bottom?
