My 9 yr old H: 8600 tells me I have damaged cartirdges specifically showing one or more cartridges are empty (when they really aren't). These cartridges were purchased last week.
One by one I have resolved the issues but can't get all 4 cartridges issue free at same time. I have repeatedly either flushed the printer head port, lightly cleaned the contact points and even using a syringe, withdrawn some ink from the cartridge. One by one I get 3 of the four showing ink status on LED. When I do the fourth and get it resolved, one of the cartridge that I resolved now shows up as no ink. It is like whack a mole. fix 3, resolve the 4th one and then one of the previously corrected cartridges shows no ink. Anyone had this problem?
