My printer will not print, says the color ink cartridge must be replaced. I am enrolled in instant ink and there appears to be no way to contact anyone about getting a new cartridge. Obviously, they are not automatically sending one as it hasn't worked for 6 weeks now. anyone know how to contact anyone one. The virtual assistant is of no help as i have tried everything it has said to do.

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridge.

 

Are you getting any errors?

 

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see if that helps. 

 

If you are still getting errors, kindly share the snapshot of it. 

 

Update the firmware. Click here
