Ink Cartridge issue

HP Officejet Pro 8710

I'm having problems with my HP Officejet Pro 8710. It is giving me and error message "there is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing with a different, non-empty, cartridge".  I replaced all cartridges with genuine HP cartridges. Still getting same error message as well updating all software. Please help!!

@Calilyfe, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you have already replaced the ink cartridges and the error persists, this could be an issue with the printhead of the printer. 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
