I have been using the first cartridges they sent for the past few weeks until yesterday when I got the error " Ink Cartridge Problem" it asked me to remove/reinstall the indicated cartridge which was "black". I have tried to reinstall this cartridge numerous times now and still getting this error message. I continually keep getting this message and have followed the support which states to remove and clean and also to power off the printer. My drivers are also up to date. I do not know what else to do??
I really need to print , but the message says if this continues then you need to replace the cartridge. As I am enrolled in HP Ink I refuse to go and buy a new cartridge, when obviously my black cartridge is faulty.
I cannot find any phone number or email address to contact HP Support!! Please can someone help!!!
