HP Recommended

Have HP PhotoSmart Plus B210a has been operating fine...had paper jam was resolved and printed fine .  Turned on printer and now have this Error Ink System Failure. and an 0xc code and turn off n on etc.  Ive followed the steps multiple times now to unplug, clean, inserted new hp ink cartridges and still same error.  I have MacBook Pro 2023, and my printer out of warranty.  Used diagnostic option on my HP account for printer and results show two buttons one to test printer but when clicked upon does nothing ...needs to print ...Have MacBook Pro 2023
