• Load the Paper you want to use.
• Check the Printer's Tray and Paper Settings.
• Check that the selected Paper Size and Paper Type are compatible with your current job settings.

Remove and then again load your supported paper into the printer's intake Tray.

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Reminder:  If asked enter the printer’s PIN number – the default number is generally located on the back or inside the printer.

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Click Apply to save changes

Print Job 

Job configuration depends on the job type and the application / software you are using.

Apps and Software differ by Operating System.

Reminder

Paper Size and Type (Tray and Paper) should match as closely as possible to the paper size and type in the job configuration. 

For example, 

A paper size selection that includes extra words (for example, Index) is not the same as selecting Paper Size "A4"
