as you can see, ink level for yellow still full. After a while of search this problem I have solution from internet.
They said put the catridge in warm water, because the problem is the ink is clogged. It is safe for my printer and catridge? Thanks

I've tried that way and that not solved my problem. But after I put my catridge into warm water it solved, finally ink yellow appear.

What I want to know is, is that way safe for my catridge and my printer?

If it worked, it worked.  Change the cartridge if you want.
