Ink cartiridge incompatible after international move

Hello,

 

I have recently moved from the UK to the US and just had to purchase new ink cartridges.  The cartridge numbers changed from 303 in the UK to 64 in the US.  They are identical, but when I install them, I am getting an "incompatible cartridges" message.  I've gone in to the web address of my printer and changed my country location, but the error persists.  Please advise how I can get these new cartridges to work.  Thanks!

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
