I bought an HP Envy 6055 printer two days ago. I am repeatedly getting error messages related to the color printer cartridge (HP 67) that came with the printer. I have followed HP's instructions regarding cleaning the contacts, but this has not helped. I am unable to run diagnostics because I am a Mac user. Please help.
