Keep getting error message to reinstall ink cartridge. I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps (updated firmware, unplugged printer, cleaned electrodes, reinstalled the cartridge) and even replaced the ink cartridge with a new cartridge twice and still won't print. I can't bypass that color and print in black!
