Product: office jet pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer will not accept ink cartridges. i have new hp ink cartridges. i have cleaned both inside printer and cartridge metal chip areas and turned off printer as instructed in other posts with this same problem. I have tried installing them multiple times and i continue to have the same error.  C M Y cartridges

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?
