I am getting an error message that says “remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, maiming sure it is correctly installed , and press ok”
there is a small oval above the message, I’m not sure which cartridge it’s referring to.
I have cleaned the cartridges and done a hard reset (unplugging, waiting 2-3 minutes, holding down power button etc) and I’m still getting the message. Help!

The error is indicating the tri-color ink cartridge(oval icon) as defective.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists, check with an alternate color ink cartridge if available.
If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
