Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Hi, 

I am having trouble with my HP3830 series All In One Printer.  I have had the printer for awhile and belong to the HP Instant INk program. Up to now have had no issues.  I just installed a new color ink cartridge (it is the correct cartridge), and the black is still half full.  Now I can't get the black to print at all and the color is only partial.  The black was working fine till I installed the new cartridge. 

 

Please help!
