Ink jet cartridge issue.

I havent even use it only 1 year old .. So I decided to use now it wont print anything just blank pages  and my  cartridges were full now there almost half depleted because i did like 6 cartridge clean ups and i STILL GOT BLANK PAGES HP. BLANK PAGES. AND IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT BLANK PAGES DEPLETES INK IN HP PRINTER. wow.  AND IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT AT THAT MOMENT YOU KEEP PESTERING ME WITH CARTRIDGE OFFERS.  AND I KNOW THE INK WORKS BECAUSE I CLEANED THE CATRIDGE NOZZLE AND THERE WAS LIQUID INK.
