Hi there my printer hasn’t been printing in black and will barely print in color. So I factory reset it off the app last night and now it won’t work at all. The ink light, more paper light and WiFi are also blinking and the screen is going haywire.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue.

 

Also, try updating firmware. Click here
