Product: Hp photo smart all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I’m getting a message on the screen saying ink system failure 0xc19a0027 I’ve cleaned the cartridge connectors,I’ve made sure there in right and I’ve turned the printer off and on as prompted and the issue still remains,please can anyone help,many thanks
