I bought a brand new package of all colored ink, XL black yesterday brand new in the package from Walmart. As soon as I get it home, it starts saying that there is no black ink inserted, so I take it out and put it back in and then it pops up saying it’s not an HP cartridge but it definitely is. I have pictures of both if

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
