Product: HP Inkjet 7740

Inkjet 7740 Printer won't print from laptop, error message says Tray 2 open or out of paper, but this is false (and guides seem to be in place). I've set Tray 1 as default and tried to disable Tray 2, to no effect. Oddly, print will print from a copy command on the machine.

HP Recommended

Nothing is wrong with the printer it can copy, you have a driver/computer problem. If you are running Windows 10 recommended step would be to restart the print spooler. You can find instructions on google if you search restart print spooler.
