My Ink Cartridges are dry. Last time I used my printer was 1.5 years ago. I have already tried all the things mentioned in prior posts but it is clear that the cartridges are dry. The printer is still detecting the cartridges as "full" though. Is it possible to get new cartridges as part of the Instant Ink?

Are you paying for a monthly Print-by-Page Instant Ink subscription on a printer you have not used in well over a year?
OK - odder things have happened.
If the printer can be made to print at all,
then
Yes - you need new cartridges.
