Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer. I recently joined Instant Ink but had not opened the package once the ink was received as I was waiting until the current ink cartridge was used. I opened it tonight and the cartridge is too big to fit in the printer. The printer takes 64. I recieved a 64/303/804. Its too long and wide to be used in my printer. I could not find a customer service number to call.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink order. The HP ENVY Photo 7858 uses the HP 64 ink cartridges, but it seems like you've received a 64/303/804 cartridge, which doesn't match.
