New printer..
Have reached the Enter shipping information for instant ink bit...
USA addresses only... how to I change to UK???
I've used my exsiting HP log in ... is the issue in that bit?

Hi,
Use the country flag option in the top right to select your country and then start the enrolment from there.

Looks like you are logged in the American website.
I would recommend to backtrack to the website http://www.instantink.com. If you are still signed in, you will see in the upper right hand corner, My Account, then go to Settings. There you will see a drop-down menu for Country change it to UK. You will need to enter the password you had used and change it to a new one. Confirm new password and select Save Changes.
Another option is to try going directly to the UK site to sign up. https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/r.
