I have a printer that I haven’t been printing on for a while and all of a sudden, I can’t print anymore! My printer is hooked up to my network and I still can’t print. It makes my trashy HP printer go nuts! You’ll have the worse products in the field. It says my printer won’t print I have to go to instant ink to do so. I have an active subscription that won’t sync to my printer AT ALL!! It says it’s disconnected but that’s not true by no means! I just came to rant and to let y’all know y’all suck ass!!

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
