Hi @Kare-re
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
The error code Oxc4eb827f on your HP OfficeJet 4630 typically indicates a hardware issue. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve this:
1. Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset temporary errors.
2. Check for Obstructions:
- Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or foreign objects inside the printer that could be causing the error.
3. Inspect the Ink Cartridges:
- Remove the ink cartridges and check for any protective tape that may still be on them. Reinsert the cartridges securely.
- Ensure the cartridges are compatible with your printer.
4. Run a Printer Diagnostic:
- If your printer has a diagnostic or maintenance feature, run it to check for any issues.
5. Reset the Printer:
- If the above steps don’t work, you might try a factory reset:
- Navigate to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore Factory Defaults on the printer’s control panel.
6. Check for Firmware Updates:
- If you can connect to your printer, check for any firmware updates through the HP Smart app or the HP website.click here
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
-Regards
