Hi! I changed my router/modem and I can't print wireless -
I've tried thIS suggestion:
Let's try these steps to restore the network settings to defaults -
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).2. Touch Network Setup.3. Touch Restore Network Settings.
4. Touch Yes.
WILL NOT ALLOW - "THIS FEATURE HAS BEEN LOCKED BY THE PERSON WHO SET UP PRINTER"
