Product: OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

The printouts are no longer in color, but only black and white. I checked the cartridge levels, they are half content so they are fine, but at a certain moment it started consuming only the black cartridge. How can I restore the color? Thanks for the help.

Are you able to copy in color?
