HP Envy 5530 

 

I was printing sticky labels and one has got stuck inside the printer. It is not accessible via the usual methods of removing a paper jam.

@Charleyw15, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Check the product specifications if the labels you are using is supported by this model printer. Go to paper-handling section.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to remove the jammed label - 'Paper Jam' Error
