I can use a translation tool and will gladly help you, @SNicollas
Maybe now @hw_aus_s (and me with the same problem) can now be helped:
Hello, my good LaserJet is letting me down!
Problem: The paper is not lifted when printing starts. So it can't be fed in and printed!
How can I solve this mechanical problem?
When the paper is miraculously lifted, the feed roller no longer grips properly.
Probably too smooth after 35,000 pages.
I am very satisfied with the printer and the printer quality so far.
Whether HP has its fingers in the pie..., I only recently registered the printer with HP.
