Hello everyone, I hope you can help me. I have an HP laserjet managed E72525 which, when uploaded to the system, remains in checking hardware. I updated the firmware and after this it takes longer, I even left it on and it has reached more than 30,000 and it still does not upload to the system, what should I do?

Pull the cord, wait 30 seconds and then plug back in. Sometimes, for reasons unknown, the system does not start properly after a firmware update. If the count goes beyond 500 the device is unlikely to start properly. If it still does not start, you need to run some diagnostics to determine if you have a hardware issue.

Hello, there is still no reaction to the team, the count has reached a thousand, is there anything else I can do?

At this point I would suggest that you go into the pre-boot menu, format the drive and reinstall the firmware. The readme file for firmware update gives instructions on how to access the pre-boot menu.

Hello and thank you, how can I access that menu?

This firmware upgrade readme gives you the instructions for accessing the Pre-Boot menu http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/E72525_30_35/readme_E72525_30_35_fs5.pdf
