Hi @Crocus204,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your LaserJet 139 printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the internet. If it is disconnected, reconnect to resume printing.

Verify Printer Connectivity: Make sure all cables are securely connected and the printer is turned on. Double-check your printer’s network settings, and make sure it is on the same network as your devices.

Review Account Settings:

  • Payment Method: Go to MyAccount, sign in with your credentials, and ensure your payment information is current. Update it if necessary.
  • Account Status: Check if your subscription or plan is active, and see if there are any billing issues listed under Account or Billing.

Printer Setup: Ensure that the printer setup was completed according to the instructions provided in the Setup Guide. If your printer shows as not set up, follow the steps in the Quick Start Guide for setup.

Restart Printer: Power off your printer and wait for a few seconds before turning it back on. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve many issues.

Additional Information

  • Ensure your HP app is up to date and being used with the same credentials as your account.
  • Make sure the printer is not connected to a VPN as it might interfere with signals and updates necessary for your printer's communication with HP services.

I hope this helps.
